We've spent the past few years designing this mentorship program with intention. Our goal is to provide participants with the knowledge and nuts and bolts, hands-on experience required to pursue their own real estate projects, while mitigating the risks that can come with real estate development. The program is especially unique as, in addition to the course portion, Crest City Capital will essentially act as a consultant to each participant throughout the development lifecycle, from deal sourcing to delivery.
